Le Millésime's menu reflects our love for traditional French cuisine and Mediterranean flavours. Built around fresh produce and refreshed with the seasons, it features sharing starters, daily fish, matured meats, generous salads, homemade pasta, traditional dishes and a vegetarian selection. Every plate is prepared on site in Vitrolles by our team, with one simple requirement: serve honest, generous and accessible cuisine without compromise on ingredient quality.
Our chef draws from French culinary heritage - knife-cut tartare, bavette with shallots, revisited blanquette, traditional dishes - and adds southern touches: Apulian burrata, fresh pasta, grilled fish with Provence olive oil. Side dishes are also homemade: potato mousseline, vegetable tagliatelle, IGP Camargue rice, fresh fries. The kids menu offers balanced formulas designed for the youngest, so the whole family finds something to enjoy.
For wine lovers, our list highlights several Provence estates and regional IGP wines chosen for value. Glasses, half-bottles and full bottles available to suit every occasion: quick business lunch, family dinner or intimate meal. Our informal sommelier will gladly advise based on your choices.

Yes. All our starters, mains, sauces and desserts are prepared on site by our team using fresh ingredients selected for quality. No industrial ready-meals, no generic sous-vide preparations.
Do you offer a lunch menu?+
Our continuous service Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 8pm lets you order the full menu at any time. Daily specials and business-lunch-friendly options are also available - ask your server.
Do you have vegetarian options?+
